Portable Appliance Testing and Repair Service
In Line With the Electricity at Work Regulations (PAT)

I’m sure that you have come across a lot of new companies who are offering what appears to be Portable Appliance Testing at an unbelievable low rate per item for testing.

Our price includes the lead to the appliance saving you money, in our experience most contractors providing these cheap testing are charging for a test on the lead separately. How many appliances have a detachable lead on your site?

The ethos of Phoenix Janitorial is to provide a competitive price for testing and repairs should it be required.

All test related minor repairs are (carried out on site wherever possible) free of charge (major repairs can be undertaken at our workshop at a reasonable cost by fully trained technicians).
The only charge will be for materials used for the repair and charged at cost (for those not identified as free as part of the PAT Test).

All fuses are checked and changed where required free of charge.

Every item is individually identified with its own unique asset number label that will show when the next test is required.

We use state of the art calibrated testing equipment and will generate a report that can be used as part of your inventory for the electronic equipment that you have on your site. This is generated electronically and sent to you by email to the person nominated by you; this is in line with our policy on saving the environment (Hard copy available on request). Staff are City & Guilds trained.
