Flexible Cleaner – Lincoln

We are looking for a flexible cleaner to join our professional cleaning team to start immediately. You must have a valid driving license and your own vehicle.
Due to the flexible nature of the work and travel, we have given this cleaner role a higher rate of pay per hour.

This will assist our friendly and helpful staff with cover at our various sites as well as working at new sites, at any of our prestigious Academies across the Lincoln area.

Previous school cleaning experience would be an advantage but not essential as you will receive full training.

You will report to the Contract Manager and Cleaning Supervisor and will also work in a team to maintain the sites to a high standard.

Working hours:

• This is a zero-hour contract, we usually require cover for hours that are outside of school time (usually between 3pm-7pm) however there is sometimes work at other times of the day which we can offer you.
• We will contact you as a priority first with any work available so you may have the first refusal.
• Normally most of the work is term time only, however, we do have deep cleans and other work available which we can also offer you.

• Zeo-hours initially
• Permanent

Pay rate:

Cleaner rates of pay are dependent on age, and range from £5.45 per hour for 16-17-year-olds, £7.45 per hour for 18-20-year-olds, £9.70 per hour for 21-22-year-olds and £10.00 per hour for those 23 and over.

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

Cleaning desks, vacuuming, dusting, removal of waste, cleaning toilet areas and other associated tasks.
